Youth Ministry Orientation After you have submitted your application we will schedule you for an interview with the youth ministry leadership team. If you are approve by the pastoral team to serve as a youth leader in the church, you must attend orientation where you will be given the necessary information that will help you be a successful youth leader here at PFGC.
