2017 camp is just around the corner and we couldn’t be more excited! Red Culture Camp has been making way for some exciting changes. This year we are offering both week long and week-end camps. We will also be utilizing the online camp registration system that was set in place last camp season. This system has the capability to save all of our past campers’ information so the registration process for those who attended camp last year should be quick and simple! One small change for online registration in 2017 is that each church will receive a unique code to use when registering online. Every camper and counselor who registers for camp will need to have this code. In order to best prepare our campers, counselors, and churches for the registration process, we are asking every church that plans to attend camp to please fill out this 2017 pre-camp questionnaire. Please note that your responses to these questions are for planning purposes only and do not mean you must adhere to the options you have chosen once you go online to officially register. Our hope is that having this information available to us ahead of time will help the registration process go smoother for everyone! If your church is planning on attending Red Culture Camp 2017 please turn in your completed questionnaire to Kirsten Bowser by March 31. Once your questionnaire has been received, Kirsten will reach out to your church’s lead camp contact(s) to help get your campers and counselors ready to start the registration process. Please feel free to call the IMN office at 515-276-5493 or email Kirsten at

Please mark the camp(s) your church is planning to attend and provide an approximate number of campers and counselors anticipated to attend Red Culture Camp in 2017. Please remember that these are approximate numbers and do not need to reflect your actual registration for 2017. If you have had no significant changes since 2016, it is recommended to use last year’s numbers. Also keep in mind that for our planning purposes, it is better for you to over estimate your expected attendance.

O N L I N E PAY M E N T 2017 Camp Registration Cost Weekend Camp- $172* Week Long Camp- $215* *Prices reflect early bird registration cost Our online camp registration is set up so that each camper and counselor can log in and provide all the information needed to register himself or herself for camp. Each camper or counselor will then have the option to pay the minimum deposit or the entire camp balance. If the entire balance is not paid, invoices for the remaining balance will be sent out weekly leading up to the start of camp. We do have options available for churches who want to handle all or partial payments for their campers and counselors. However, it is beneficial for the Iowa Ministry Network to know ahead of time if a church plans to provide any financial assistance to it’s campers/counselors. Please mark the following response that most closely resembles how your church will be handling online registration payments for camp. Our church’s campers/counselors will be responsible for making the entire camp registration payment on their own. Our church will be responsible for sending in or making the entire payment for all of our church’s campers/counselors. Our church plans to pay a set amount per each camper/counselor and the camper/counselor will be required to cover the rest of the registration payment on their own. If you checked this box please provide the amount the church will provide per camper: $ per counselor: $ Our church will provide partial scholarship but it will not be the same for every camper/counselor as it is based on financial need. If you checked this box make sure to follow- up with Kirsten on the best way to apply these scholarships to your campers/counselors’ online accounts.
