Purposes o The impulse of the rehabilitation and of the improvement in the quality of life. o Information and technical assistance about the care and rehabilitation of people with disabilities. o Intensive socio-sanitary rehabilitation.
Objectives o o o o o o
Achieve the rehabilitation. The development of studies and research. Information, documentation and specialized training. Personal attention through residency, day services and ambulatory. Specialized care and comprehensive assistance to dependents. The conservation and enhancement of their capacities through rehabilitation and the use of support products.

Services o Analysis, systematization and dissemination of information and knowledge. o Promotion of scientific research and development and innovation of intervention methods and techniques. o Training and improvement of professionals and development of technical standards. o Support, advice and technical assistance to institutions and other resources of the sector.
Lines of research: o Brain computer interface for control of ICT´s and other domotic devices. o Motor telerehabilitation, assistive robotics technology. o Recreational and competitive sports related to psysiological functions, sports performance, improvement of health, physical dan psychological well-being. o Quality of life and improvement of autonomy in dependent persons.
