Join us for this unique 6-session workshop where we use the tools of writing, art, storytelling and community, to discern, claim and name your unique “inner light” – what I call your “medicine” for the world. Your gift, this medicine, is your True Self, your True Nature. It is a journey of discovery, and an inquiry into what it means to be Human and deeply connected to all life. I hope you will join me in this ongoing journey of Life! For the past 30 years, I have been a student of the sacred, studying and learning from many different spiritual and philosophical teachers and traditions, including Buddhism, Christian and Sufi mystics, Native American and West African traditions, Metaphysics, beloved poets…and on it continues. This workshop is a synthesis of what I have learned, practiced and experienced. I have also had a long and varied career in social services, personal coaching, teaching writing and personal development workshops and as a Wedding Officiant who can be found at www.vowsandblessings.com.
