PLACING FILES FOR COLLECTION TGA possesses the capability to accept files in any manner. Using our user friendly website is always the popular choice; however standard mail, faxing, and submitting accounts on a disc or tape are also acceptable.

FEE STRUCTURE TGA is very sensitive to our clients’ goal to be as cost

efficient as possible with any project. That is why various sliding scale rate structures are available. The ability to offer such flexibility exists because of the faith we have in our product and the credibility we have earned in the industry. Collection fees are easily negotiated based upon the project at hand. More importantly, TGA works on a straight contingency fee basis. If there is no recovery, there is no fee.

REMITTING & REPORTING

Due to tremendous technological flexibility, TGA allows for our clientele to dictate what the finished product should look like. Our IT Department has the capacity to create virtually any specialty or customized report based upon our client’s needs. TGA also has the capability of setting up separate identification numbers for each line of business in order to keep collection figures individualized based on venue or project source to allow figures to remain authentic and not be skewed by other ventures. In addition, remittances can be made in multiple capacities and requests to remit or report on certain dates are also perfectly acceptable.

LICENSING & CERTIFICATION

TGA is licensed, bonded and insured in every venue requiring such credentials. In some states such as Massachusetts and Colorado, TGA is required to hold office residency. In Tennessee, a test was required to be taken by TGA’s collection manager. In Minnesota, each collector is required to be individually licensed. However due to several reciprocity guidelines, TGA does hold certain exemptions in different venues. TGA is also a pioneer member of the National Association of Subrogation Professionals (NASP) and holds certification with the American Collectors Association (ACA). Copies of any TGA licenses can be easily provided upon request.
