Pattern Instructions Foundation Chain: Multiple of 3 + 5 Row 1: (Right Side): Puff St into 5th ch from hook, *skip 2ch, [1dc) 2ch, Puff St] all into next ch; rep from * ending skip 2ch, 1dc into last ch, turn. Row 2: 1ch, skip 1st st, *work 1dc loosely over next row into first of 2 skipped sts in row below, 1sc into Puff St, 1sc into next 2ch sp; rep from * ending 1sc into 3rd ch of tch, turn.
