20th July, Saturday: 10am – 1pm

Cookies!

Create cookies that are perfect for coming Hari Raya, Deepavali, Christmas or even as a snack! Orange and white chocolate crunchies – scrumptious orangeflavoured (no artificial flavourings) cookies, with nuts and white chocolate, decorated with sesame seeds. Rich almond butter cookies – Meltin-the-mouth texture and trully addictive. Dipped in cinnamon sugar (optional). No eggs used, suitable for vegans! Not-to-be-missed recipe! Chocolate chip and oaty cookies – Try this wildly-popular cookie that is a treat no matter what the age or celebrations. Can be made crispy or chewy! Bonus! Danish pastries – Believe it or not - bake pastries in just 20 minutes! from the frozen state to thawing to baking to eating! You get to taste in class too! Come and find out more in class!

Fun-Tastic Cupcake Decorating!

21st July, Sunday: 1pm - 4pm

We will decorate 5 cupcakes (pre-baked) with a variety of beautiful and fun characters! These can be used as toppers, great for any occasions! We will use colourful sugarpaste to handmould 3D characters as follows:- A plate of yummy Japanese Sushi - Olympic swimmer diving into water - Bumble bee with Tulip flower - Horse chewing his carrots - Elegant bow for present boxes

Tiramisu &

27th July, Saturday: 10am - 1pm

Not your ordinary Tiramisu - Create a modern cake version of bistro dessert with light sponge cake layers, smooth cream cheese, aromatic coffee, and caramelised almonds. Elegant and delicious! Each will make their own Tiramisu in individual portions to bring home! Don’t have a pay a hefty for it, just make it yourself!

Lemon Sorbet

 

Refreshing lemon sorbet - Make a tangy and melt-in-the-mouth sorbet recipe, using simple ingredients and tools which can be easily recreated at home!



Cake

28th July, Sunday: 10am – 1pm

Decorating – Forever Friends Under the Rainbow p/s: The pony will be replaced by the FF bears.

Fun-Tastic Cupcake Decorating!

3rd August, Saturday: 10am - 1pm

Ever wanted to learn how to handmould the world’s most famous bear? Join us to make 2 Forever Friends bears - a boy and a girl, that look original, using fondant. What’s more? Learn to also make a magic standing rainbow over the 2 bears! Some clouds to compliment the beautiful scene too. We will put them altogether on top of a real pre-baked cake. Perfect as a gift of love and friendship for any occasion.

Croissant & Danish Pastries

4th August, Sunday:10am–1:30pm

The aroma of freshly baked pastries is hard to resist. Ever wanted to bake your own pastries at home to WOW your family and friends? Join us to learn how to make Buttery croissants and Sweet raisins danishes from SCRATCH, using simple ingredients and tools. We will share with you tips on how to make ‘flaky outside and delicate inside pastries’ within the shortest period of time – from the dough to proofing to shaping to baking!
