THE LANDMARK AT EASTVIEW LIFE SCIENCES CAMPUS TARRYTOWN, NEW YORK

STORY The Landmark at Eastview is a biomedical research campus comprised of 8 buildings totaling 1.1 million rsf. Efforts to retain and attract tenants are on-going to solidify their market position as a cutting edge research facility. Working closely with BMR, the campus owner, BAM developed a Campus Plan focused on creating a centralized focal point which would cater to the wide variety of people using the facilities through-out the day. The added amenities included a cafeteria, fitness center and conference space to accommodate large and small groups. The new facilities have generated significant excitement and high usage by the tenants, positioning the campus for employee satisfaction and morale. Creation of a Campus Center marked a major milestone in BMR’s commitment to providing state-of-the-art facilities and amenities for tenants. www.bam-studio.com
