This presentation addresses how you can manage yourself through change as well as help drive change for others. You will become familiar with stages of change and common responses at each stage. You will learn about change resilience and how to build it within yourself. Finally, you will identify some strategies you can use to help communicate and promote change to others in your organization
Keynote Speaker Lesa Berec is a learning and change professional with over 20 years of success in designing learning and change strategies. Lesa teaches Managing Organizational Change at the Schulich Executive Centre and is a principal of Userproof, and is a former director with Canada’s largest independent IT consulting company. Lesa consults with major Canadian firms in retail, financial, telecommunications and not-for-profit sectors.
