Psychic Path KNOWING ONE'S SELF "Knowing one's self" is a rule of life that is handed down by the Chinese, Indo-European and Greek cultures for over 2,400 years, characterized by the acquisition of knowledge and scientific processes of Eastern and Western Society. Knowing yourself you become aware of how to act in the reality and of what are the significant and important aspects of your live. You can learn to "know yourself" through a series of questions of this work-book, that stimulates the understanding of the rules and the characteristics of one's own personality, the Psychic World and the daily human relations. This book is a training program that aims to promote knowledge of one's self through four psychological itineraries that permit the detection and development of: 1) subjective emotions, in their representation, dynamic and multiform, inside the mental universe constructed by the individual. This psychological itinerary is proposed in the book „The Universe of Emotions”, ISBN 978-88-6624-318-2; 2) emotional structures of each person's psychic experience, which form and direct the daily decisions based on the Psychic World built by each individual. This psychological itinerary is proposed in the book „The Psychic World”, ISBN 978-88-6624-321-2; 3) characteristics of personality, both in size and deep inner structures than as an expression of self and of their psychic potential. This psychological itinerary is proposed in the book „The Structure of Personality”, ISBN 978-88-6624-319-9; 4) psycho-social relations, as a manifestation of their feelings and how personality styles interact with others. This psychological itinerary is proposed in the book „The Psycho-Social Attitudes”, ISBN 978-88-6624-320-5. The self-knowledge is given by the four above mentioned psychological itineraries that allow you to give understand the complete and complex, dynamic and interacting inner life of each person, of the multidimensionality and multiplicity between: - Real Self, - Concept of Self, - Picture of Self, - Ideal Self, - Social Self, - Social Perception of one's self. The four psychological itineraries aim to promote a mental reflection of the Psychic World of each individual, which can be done individually or in a small social group. What emerges from the psychological itinerary is the psychic reality of the subject; experienced at mental level, not what actually one lives in relationships, or what others perceive about the personality of the subject. As well as between thinking to do and actually doing it is a difference, there is often a difference between Inner Personality, the Real Self and Social Image, between the desire to work and to socially fulfill themselves and the ability to operate and affect the reality as one desires. Learning about your own emotions, Psychic World, personality and attitudes is, therefore, essential to become the person who can act and decide independently and creatively, in the society.
