What’s happened... Over 35 ladies enjoyed a delicious feast of soups, casseroles, and treats at the Ladies Holiday Potluck on December 9. Members of the youth group participated in the food preparations for the HOPE Community Meal on December 19.
What’s in process... Join the Sunday Adult Forum during formation hour in the Fireside Room. The Bible Challenge kicked off on December 1. It’s not too late to join in. For more information on how to read the Bible in a year, please visit the website or pick up information in the Narthex. For more information on small group opportunities email Susan Colao, [email protected].
The parish hall was filled with families for pizza, movies, and games during our first Family Game & Movie Night on December 6.
The Prelude before the 9:30 Sunday service will feature guest artists from the congregation. If you are interested in participating please email Andrea Larson, [email protected].
Christmas was joyously celebrated at 3 services and with the Children's Christmas pageant on Dec 21 !

In Sight from your wardens Happy New Year! The new year will be off to a busy start. Sunday, January 4th will herald the arrival of the Three Wise Men, the beginning of our 2015 stewardship drive and the commissioning of the THRIVE team, our parishioners participating in the Chicago Episcopal Diocese’s leadership program. It will be a great day to consider our gifts, both individually and as a church, and how we might share them. Additionally, we hope to see many of you at the stewardship gatherings this month. These casual gatherings are a nice way to meet new people or catch up with old friends. If you haven’t received an invitation to a party, please let us know. We wish everyone a happy and healthy 2015!
