The Village School is a preschool-‐to-‐12th grade college prep private school located in Houston’s Energy Corridor. With more than 1,700 students ages 3 to 18 years old, Village festivals really draw a crowd! Last year’s Fall Festival attracted more than 1,200 people. Organized by the Village School Parent Association, the Winter Carnival is a community celebration for school families -‐-‐ a day filled with carnival rides, challenging games and exceptional entertainment. Sponsors, donors and vendors are exposed to a population that represents over 50 nationalities. Village School families live in such prestigious zip codes as 77024, 77079, 77077, 77041, 77082, 77450, and 77494. Students pay entrance; all parents/guardians are FREE!
ACTIVITY SPONSORSHIP
Sponsors have the choice of nearly 20 Winter Carnival activities and rides – from the ever-‐popular gyroscope to the soaring rock climbing wall to a twisting obstacle course. Sponsorship opportunities range from $50 to $1,500. Sponsorship includes name displayed on Carnival on-‐site banner, webpage acknowledgement, and stage announcements throughout the Carnival. Businesses and individuals are invited to support the Village School Winter Carnival through financial or in-‐kind contributions. Our Holiday Market invites a variety of vendors -‐-‐ artists, crafts, fashion accessories, gifts, and sweets of all sorts. With the holiday season fast approaching, this is a perfect opportunity to reach an engaged and interested group of families. A vendor booth can be secured for just $50.
