We are so excited that you will be joining us at this years Beach Retreat! This years theme is “#OFFTHEGRID Pt. 2: The Party Wave”. Being ‘off the grid’ means to be away from the norm, not relying on the typical things to operate. Thus, we will be disconnecting from our normal everyday lives and immersing ourselves in sun, sea and most importantly, Jesus. Our event will be staffed by THE|BRIDGE youth staff and volunteers (trained, approved, wellqualified, and excited adults who know that they have an incredible responsibility to encourage teens to know God and enjoy Him). Location: International Palms Resort – 1300 N Atlantic Avenue (A1A), Cocoa Beach, FL 32931 Phone: 321-783-2271 Registration / Transportation: Parents are responsible for transportation to and from the resort. Please drop off your students at the International Palms resort (listed above) on Friday, November 18th. Registration time will be announced soon. We suggest feeding your students before registration as we will only be providing a late night snack on Friday evening. *Please, no students on premises before registration time. On Sunday, November 20th, please pick up your student at the International Palms resort at 11AM. *Parents: Please note that this event is for the students; therefore, we request that your visit to the beach retreat be limited to the delivery and pick-up of students. This will allow for a relaxed and free atmosphere for the students. We will contact you as circumstances may require. Payment: Payment of $100 is to be paid online with registration, which ends on Friday, Nov. 4th at noon (unless, other arrangements have been made with Tara). The total cost of $100.00 includes: lodging, meals, Bible study materials, surfboard rental and camp T-shirt. Medicine: If your student takes medication during the event, the medicine and a schedule for taking the medication should be turned in to THE|BRIDGE staff at registration, on the first day of the event. No over-the-counter medications may be given to students by staff or leaders unless left by the parent, with instructions.
