Weigh-in Monitor's Signature
The responsibility of the play monitor is to: 1. Examine the number of eligible players box at the top of the form. If there are 25 or less eligible players, then each player is required to participate in 7 plays per half. If there are 26 or more, then each player is required to participate in 5 plays per half. 2. Mark each time a player is on the field for first seven or five plays of each half, based on the number of eligible players and the number of required plays. 2. Once a player reaches the required number of plays in the 1st half do not mark anymore plays until play starts for the 2ndhalf. 3. Notify the head coach of the play status after the 1st and 3rd quarters 4. Notify the head coach of any players needing plays midway through the 2nd and 4th quarters. 5. Fill in the final score of the game. 6. Return completed form to the organization president.
