This Indenture Tripartite made this forth day of February in the sixth year of the Reigne of our Sovereign Lord King George the second of Great Brittaine France and Ireland in the year of our Lord God One Thousand Seaven Hundred and Thirty two Between William Broadway the Elder of Motcombe in the County of Dorsett Yeoman William Broadway the Younger and John Broadway both sons of the said William Broadway the Elder of the first part Stephen Frither of Brandon in the County of Somersett Yeoman of the second part and Reuben Grusty of Charlton Horethorne in the County of Somersett esquire of the third part. Whearas in and by our Indenture !

To all to whom these presents shall come William Broadway the Elder of Motcombe in the County of Dorset, yeoman, sendeth greeting. Whereas by Indenture tripartite bearing date the fifth day of April in the year of our Lord 1703 and made or intentioned to be made between John Bourne late of Motcombe aforesaid yeoman deceased of the first part the said WiU;am Broadway of the second part and Thomas Greene fate of Motcombe aforesaid deceased and Henry Bowrne late of Gillingham in the said county yeoman also deceased of the third part. The said John Bourne ( )did in consideration of a marriage then intended to be had and solempnised between the said William Broadway and Elizabeth Bourne daughter of the said John Bourne and for other the considerations therin ( ) demise grant bargain sell and to farm let unto the said Thomas Green and Henry Bourne ALL that messuage or tenement called the Lower Tenement then in the occupation of George Wroyer(?) with the Garden and parroch of meadow thereunto adjoining and belonging and also

all that close of

allotment containing by estimation one acre heretofore allotted to two tenements upon the disforestation of the heretofore Forest of Gillinghamfor and in respect of common within the same forest and also one close of meadow or pasture called (Cothep ) containing by estimation three acres and a half (be the same more or less) and all ways, easements, profits, commodities and advantages to the said pre or any part thereof belonging or in anywise appertaining with their and every and either of their appurtenances all with said premises are situate lying and being in Motcombe aforesaid and then were in the tenure or occupation of the said John Bourne from John Brinke and Richard Brinke To be had and holden unto them the said Thomas Green and Henry Bourne their Executors, administrators and assignators from the day of the date of the said Indenture for by and during and unto the full end and term of fourscore and nineteen years from next and immediately ensuing upon such trust and to and for such intents and purposes as were therein and are hereinafter limited expressed admin. and declared that is to say In trust first of all for the said John Bourne, his executors administrators and assignators until the solempnization of the said intended marriage and from and after the solempnization thereof upon trust and confidente to permit and suffer the said Wiff;am Broadway to receive and take to his own use the tenements and profits of the said messuage or tenement and premises with the appurtinences for and during so many years of the residue of the aforesaid term as the aforesaid William Broadway should happen to live and from and after the decease
