The Bonner County Road & Bridge Department received unanticipated funds through House Bill 312 (HB312) and the Secure Rural Schools Act(SRS). The department requests approval to amend its budget to include MB 312 and SRS funds increasing Account 002-8430, crushed rock and gravel, by $160,835.47 from $741,000 to $901,835.47. Both HB312 and SRS funds must be used for road improvements in Bonner County. The following unanticipated funds have been received.

SRS FY2016, Unanticipated Revenue HB312 Funds in Excess of Projected Revenue Total
The FY2017 budget did not include estimated SRS funds as these funds were not known to be available to Road and Bridge for road improvements. Bonner County exceeded the FY2017 budget for HB312 Highway User Revenues as the amount of these funds varies from quarter to quarter.
Please reference the attached budget amendment resolution. Idaho Code 31-1605 provides for budget adjustment provided that there Is no increase in anticipated property taxes. Originals to BOCC Office Copy to Road and Bridge Department
