How to: View Donation History View all donations, payroll deductions and any corporate matching through ‘Donation History’. You can also view the status of each transaction made.

How to: View Donation History! Overview
Select the “Give” tab, then click “Donation History”

The Donation History page breaks out all of your giving into several sections. You can see a YTD total at the top, scheduled payroll deductions, potential matches you’re missing out on, donations in process and your completed transactions at the bottom.

How to: View Donation History! Total Numbers
These numbers define your impact from the beginning of the calendar year to current date. The following are highlighted:
! Processed Donations Year-to-Date: Funds that have been processed and/or delivered to a charity. ! Charities Reached: The unique number of charities you have donated to. !
Processed Match Year-to-Date: If applicable, total Thrivent Financial matched dollars based off your original donations. This is dollars sent & received by the organization. This does not include matches still in process.

How to: View Donation History! Scheduled Payroll
This section shows you any active payroll donations (one-time or recurring) that you have scheduled. These deductions are processed on a quarterly basis.

How to: View Donation History! Eligible Matches
This section brings attention to matches that you are eligible for that you have not yet requested.

Click “Apply Now” to compete an outstanding match request for any match you may have missed. Ignore the eligibility reminder if the donation was to a church for tithing/offering and you answered as such in the affirmation statement.

How to: View Donation History! Donations In Process
The In-Process section shows all donations or matches that are somewhere in the processing cycle. This could range from preliminary stages to the check being sent out but not cashed yet by the recipient organization.

There are several statuses to take into consideration in the realm of processing. You can click on each status to get a pop-up with a more robust explanation of each status. We have also created an overview document of all statuses for your reference.

These donations are separated from the Donation History section, as that section suggests the transaction is archived and received by the organization.

How to: View Donation History! Donation History
Donation History sits at the bottom, the page naturally ending with delivered and deposited by an organization.

Use the date filter to search by a specific range of dates. The default date range is the last 3 months.
!
Use the “Export Summary” to export a donation summary by calendar years. This is helpful for tax purposes.

Click “View Record” in a status pop-up to view the donation details.
