Property Overview: 69.5 total acres of upland gentle rolling coastal plain with sandy loam soil consisting of a 68-acre tract and nearby 1.5 acre tract with the following stand types: a) 43.5-acres of bare-land final harvested in 2009 with 2.5 year old mixed natural regeneration; b) 21-acres of streamside management zone primarily in mixed pulpwood and scattered sawtimber; c) 5-acres of powerline right-of-way (refer to map). A variety of game utilizes the property including whitetail, turkey, and squirrels. Earnest & Closing: 5% earnest money paid within five business days of acceptance. Closing administered by RFC. Closing within 30days of bid acceptance with additional time for 1031 exchange bidders. Taxes prorated. Revenue stamps, owner’s title insurance and closing administration divided equally. Closing costs added by buyer are paid by buyer.
