TLC
Campers enrolled in the TLC program will address different issues each week as they work to better their communities. Participants will engage in text study, hear interactive presentations from in-field experts, engage in field work and participate in weekly leadership seminars and weekly reflections. After completing this unique experience, your child will be qualified to become leaders schools and shuls and to difference in their community.

TLC @ Camp Keshet
TLC focuses on leadership skills and chesed work. Of course campers get the opportunity to swim, participate in sports clinics, take great trips and do some creative arts projects, but the focus at TLC is building your young teen’s leadership skills and his or her understanding of the importance of chesed in our community.
When you join the TLC family, your young teen will enjoy a fantastic summer filled with great friends, encouraging and supportive staff, comfortable traditions, and exciting challenges, all within the framework of Jewish middot.
TLC is an acronym for Camp Keshet’s Tween/Teen Leadership and Chesed Program and it is open to those entering 5th though 8th grades. It is the perfect opportunity to do something meaningful this summer and still have loads of fun!

Session One: Monday, June 27 - Friday, July 22
Campers in the TLC program come from throughout central NJ. Join us!
We are excited to announce that this year, in addition to an overnight return to Camp Getaway, TLCers will enjoy an overnight at Moshava IO. These trips are in addition to the many local chesed and recreational outings TLC does throughout the week. The program uses NJ as it’s campground! And of course, TLC campers will have the chance to swim, play sports, get crafty and more traditional summer fun! TLC counselors are college students and adults who have specially trained to ensure your young teen is able to process weighty issues and have a great summer!
Session Two: Monday, July 25 - Friday, August 19 We’re Flexible! Because each week is self-contained, you have the option of one session, full season, or weekly enrollment. We strongly recommend enrolling for a minimum of two weeks. Program hours are 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. TLC Rates are as follows: By March 11

Please note there is a $75 per week surcharge for those who register for single weeks, on overnight travel weeks.
Healthy, kosher lunches and snacks are provided. Campers may supplement the camp lunch with dairy or pareve items from home. If you would like more information about this exciting program, or If you would like information regarding other Camp Keshet programs, please contact us at [email protected]. Please note each enrollment requires a $175 deposit. Tuition discounts are available for those who register early. In addition, sibling discounts are available to families who enroll more than one child for the full season. All discounts are contingent upon meeting scheduled payments. Deposits are fully refundable prior to April 1st. A $150 fee will be charged for cancellations made after that date. No refunds will be made after May 2nd. Tuition balance must be paid by May 27th. $75 fee for registering after June 27.
