DEAR FRIENDS AND INVESTORS, Just eleven months ago God called me to Leadership Ministries, Inc. as a result of a multi-year strategic plan to transition the ministry to a new generation of leadership. I have enjoyed the process of working with our founder, Chris White, to learn the model and methodology that has made Friday Morning Men’s Fellowship remarkably successful. I am continually introduced to men, here in Atlanta and across the country, whose lives have been transformed from mediocrity to significance through their interaction with Friday Morning Men’s Fellowship. OUR MISSION Moving forward, my mission is two-fold. First, to protect our core value of developing men to be the leaders God created them to be in their marriages, families and businesses. Second, to work to ensure that this important equipping fellowship is available to many more men, in new communities, for generations to come. DEVELOPING MILLENNIALS This year our greatest area of growth has been with millennials. An influx of young professionals at Friday Morning Men’s Fellowship has challenged us to develop new table leaders and to start new tables. Meeting the challenge of developing and equipping this next generation of leaders will demand a greater investment from all of us. INCREASING OUR REACH For several months we have been prayerfully exploring the possibility of adding a new Friday Morning Men’s Fellowship location. I am pleased to share with you that, in January, we will partner with a group of men to begin a Friday Morning Men’s Fellowship in Atlanta’s growing and vibrant Grant Park community. Daniel Decriscio, a five-year veteran of our Buckhead location, has a passion to see the men of the Grant Park community become the leaders God created them to be. Daniel has assembled a core leadership team of 10 men who share his passion. On November 11th, we hosted them at the Leadership Ministries office, teaching them the model and best practices that have made Friday Morning Men’s Fellowship a sustainable success for over 30 years.
