All horses must have current horse influenza vaccinations. You have to show vaccination card for the horse. Two (2) vaccinations with 4 – 6 weeks between, after this, once a year. Latest vaccination not closer than ten (10) days before show. Drug control may be enforcered Box: 1.200 SEK for the whole event, including one bale of shavings. Boxes are only reserved at the time of payment. 24 hour box SEK 500 (excluding bale of shavings) 12 hour box,/day box SEK 300 (excluding bale of shavings) Extra shavings may be bought for SEK 120/bale. Please bring your own water bucket, and other stable equipment. Hay Shavings etc: May be preordered or bought during the event, Open hours will be posted at the show office. Check the entry form for preorders. Latest day for reservation of box: Sep 5th 2016 Boxes will be distributed in order of first to be paid. Boxes must be mucked totally clean after the event. If it is not made you will be charged SEK 500. Camping: Camping is located in a closed area. Costs. SEK 500 incl. electricity, SEK 300 without electricity and outside designed area. Please leave your reg number for your car/caravan/bus/ when you check in or when you send your entryform. The areas are given to you according to first come... OBS! Earnings: will be paid to the account given on the entry form at the latest within 45 days after ending of the show. Tax information: Foreign Riders 15% withheld. Refunds for sickness of rider and horse: 75% of entry fees will be paid back if a doctor/veterinarian certificate can be presented that tells that the rider/horse is in a state that it is impossible to show. Boxes, camping and office charge will not be paid back. Cottages may be refunded if someone else will take the place. Documentation for any of the above is to be presented to the show office not later than 3 pm Sep 28th 2016. A horse that has already started at this event may not be refunded in any way. Important information
NRHA approved SRHA Scandinavian Derby: Open to all 5, 6 and 7 year old horses. NRHA membership is required for riders and owners and competition license for the horse. No restrictions on citizenship. All riders are welcome.
Scandinavian Open/Non Pro Derby Judging: Will be judged according to the 2016 NRHA Handbook and all horses will be ridden on one hand.
SRHA Scandinavian Ltd. Open & Ltd. Non Pro Derby: SRHA Scandinavian Derby: Open for all 5, 6 and 7 year old horses. There is no residency requirement for the Scandinavian Derby. All entries are welcome! Will be judged according to the 2016 NRHA Handbook and all horses will be ridden on one-hand.
SRHA Sire & Dam: Classes open for horse nominated to SRHA Sire & Dam Program. Membership in SRHA for rider and horse owner is obligatory and horse license in SRHA or NRHA.
SRHA classes: Open for all breeds and all ages. Rider and horse owner must have membership in SRHA, NRHA no, NRHA dk or NRHA Finland and horse must have a competition license issued by SRHA, NRHA no, NRHA dk or NRHA Finalnd or NRHA. See SRHA website for additional SRHA rules and information.
NRHA classes: Open for all breeds and all ages unless otherwise designated. Rider and horse owner must be member of the NRHA. Horse must have NRHA competition license. Judged according to 2016 NRHA Rulebook.
NRHA Entry Level Classes: Will be conducted according to NRHA rules and may be presented concurrent with other classes at this event. SRHA Youth Reining Cup: Open to any youth who shows in all Youth Reining Cup classes found in the show schedule with cumulative scores to determine first, second and third place. SRHA membership required.
Youth riders (18 years old and younger) must wear helmet at all times while mounted for insurance and safety reasons Horse number must be visible while riding and longing in show area. A mare who is 5 months or more pregnant and/or has a foal five months or younger may not be ridden in the show area. Drug test can be used at any time. There will be time schedule for the arena to be open. Please respect that the horses need rest. NRHAs rules about Animal Welfare policy is relevant during the whole event. Do not stress your horse. A policy is to work your horse at the maximum of two hours. After that it needs rest, food and water. Horses are not allowed to be tied up more than short periods and should at that time have access to food and water. Not more than 25 horses are allowed at the warm- up arena at the same time. We appreciate the participants in ongoing and coming classes to take precedence Respect the NRHA rules for warming up: Right and left circles, Outer circles are fast inside, circles are slow and smaller circles are for trot and walk. Spins are made in the middle of the circle. No stops or spins at Xpoint. We use the NRHAs rules of ”schooling” Everyone showing with the intention of schooling the horse is supposed to make a ”zero” in the beginning of the pattern as a gesture of politeness to the judges. Approved equipment is a requirement in all NRHA classes and is also recommended in all other classes. Riding with not approved equipment or violent handling/riding will be asked to leave and will get a ” no score” The riders will be allowed to school the horse as long as riding of the pattern does not take more time than a normal ride.
