F EATURES AND BENEFI T S
GSS hinges are chrome plated to a mirror bright finish with gently rounded edges. The self-closing hinge can be set to door closing angles of 0˚, 10˚, 20˚, or 30˚. A low friction nylon pin and precision molded bushing provide a smooth and maintenance free operation.
The edges of GSS panels, doors and pilasters are snap locked together along the entire length for a smooth double thick edge that resists damage or separation and provides a hygienic surface. Tough impact resistance and rigidity is achieved by brazing the corners of the doors, panels and pilasters for additional strength and by laminating under pressure the honeycomb core to both inside surfaces of the steel.
GSS has the unique advantage that pilasters can be reversed top and bottom or mounted on the left or right hand side. No matter how it is installed, the door/pilaster gap is minimized.
All GSS doors are locked with a maintenance free slide latch. The chrome plated latch blends perfectly with contemporary architecture. The design of the bumpers allow for emergency access to all stalls.
The headrail has a unique cap style, anti-grip shape made of extruded aluminum anodized bright silver. Safe but uninviting, it provides privacy without being obvious.
GSS has one of the strongest door constructions on the market. Doors have the standard honeycomb reinforcement. PLUS – a solid particle board reinforcement down the full length on the hinge side. PLUS – a solid piece of structural honeycomb. PLUS – a solid piece of particle board where the latch is located.

This is the toughest full service restroom installation designed for extremely heavy duty use. The Epic is braced along the top of the pilaster with a cap style aluminum headrail and at the foot of each pilaster with a recessed floor channel. It is our most popular compartment. Medallion installations provide a clean, modern look complimenting design elements in office towers, clubs and other high quality structures and facilities.
