Preparation Cooking method: 1. Boil water with lemon grass (crused), lime leaves, cilantro, and ginger(crushed), cook for 2 minutes. 2. Add Tom Yam Paste and cook over low heat. 3. Add salt, pepper, sugar, fish sauce and stir well. 4. Add the stuffing ingredients, then add lime juice to taste .. 5. If you want more spicy you can add cayenne pepper.
