Approx. Start Time Dressage Saturday 9:30 am, Course open for walking Friday 3.00pm. Managers Meeting, Saturday, 8:30 am
Conditions of Entry: 1. Run under NZPCA HT Rules. Available online www.nzpca.org.nz 2. Helmets must comply within NZPCA Standards and must be worn at all times when mounted. 3. Back protectors are compulsory in the X country phase 4. Medical armbands are recommended in both jumping phases 5. Number Holders to be supplied by Rider / we will supply Numbers 6. Gear inspection will be held prior to each phase, this is COMPULSORY and elimination will result if rider fails to present. 7. No whips are allowed in dressage phase 8. Pony Club uniform to be worn in all phases. All tops must be long sleeved for jumping phases 9. All riders enter at their own risk 10. Medical aid will be in attendance – all falls must be seen. This is COMPULSORY and elimination will result if rider fails to present. 11. Refunds: 75% of entry refunded if request is made in writing within 7 days of the event and accompanied by a Vet or Doctors Certificate. 12. No dogs allowed on the ground 13. Competitors, helpers and spectators enter the grounds at own risk and ride at their own risk and must follow Health and Safety requirements. 14. Protests must be made in writing, accompanied by a $50 fee and logged within 30 minutes of the posting of final results. 15. Team Manager and DC agree that team members entered are able to ride at the entered level 16. All team riders must have attended at least 5 rallies in the previous 12 months and 3 rallies on the mount competing and riders must have been a financial member of the club/branch for 90 days prior to the competition. Dispensation must be sought if riders do not meet the criteria.
