1. Am I to understand that the Faculty Incentive Program will not be running in 2015 and I will not need to enroll? Correct. The Faculty Incentive Program is being replaced by the Total Rewards Program beginning January 2016.
2. Will awards already earned from 2014 and prior years be affected? No. All previous awards that have vested or have yet to vest will be distributed per the guidelines for those awards.
3. Do faculty need to apply for the new Total Rewards Program? No. Total Rewards changes will occur for all faculty.

5. What are the benefits of Total Rewards? There are several benefits of the new program, including:
EPIC recognition points for Faculty (implemented February 2015) Pay for Required Faculty Training (implemented June 2015), as well as additional paid training opportunities in 2016 and beyond (institutional and by school & college) Pay for all faculty participating in Content Area Meetings, General Faculty Meetings and Graduations (New – January 2016) Double the Scholarship honorarium (from $200 to $400) for faculty participating in activities via publications or presentations (New – January 2016)
