Hawaii Fundraiser Tournament Rules ALL DIVISIONS: 1.1 8U-12U-game shall consist of six (6) innings. 13U-18U seven (7) innings. In case of a tie game is over in pool play .In playoffs enhanced California Tie Breaker will be in effect. Last three (3) batters occupy each base with no outs. 1.2 Game time limit POOL PLAY will be 8U-1:20-10U-1:30-12U-1:35-14U1:40.DROP DEAD @ 8U-1:30-10U-1:40-12U-1:45-14U-1:50. Score will resort to the last inning played in pool play. Playoff rounds –NO DROP DEAD -once we start an inning we will finish the inning. 1.3 A grace period of fifteen (15) minutes will be allotted to start the game, although the game clock will begin as scheduled. 1.4 The pitching mound shall be 8U/42 FT- 10U/46.6 FT -12U/50 FT-14U/60 FT from home plate. 1.5 The distance between all bases shall be 8U/60 FT- 10U/65 FT -12U/70 FT14U/90 FT 1.6 A fifteen (15) run mercy rule is in effect after three (3) complete innings. A ten (10) run mercy rules is in effect after four (4) complete innings. An eight (8) run mercy rules is in effect after five (5) complete innings. 1.7 Teams may elect to bat nine (9) and/or ten (10) players with the 10th player being an EH. The EH I considered a defensive player and may switch in and out defensively. Teams may also bat entire roster. If team bats entire roster and an injury occurs then an out will be recorded every time player comes up to bat. Once a player is removed from the game due to injury, he/she may not return. Starters may re-enter one time only in their starting spot. 1.8 Courtesy runner for pitcher and catcher anytime. If teams bats entire lineup courtesy runner will be last recorded out. If team bats nine (9) or ten (10) courtesy runner must come off the bench. 1:9

Miscellaneous Home team will be determined by a coin flip. In the playoffs, the higher seeded team will be the Home team, including the championship game. Each team must provide a scorekeeper. All changes must go through the home plate umpire. ***No Drop Dead in playoff rounds!! All conversations with an umpire should be conducted after a timeout has been called and be handled in a calm and professional manner. Verbal abuse of the umpire will not be tolerated and may result in ejection from the game. Any manager or coach ejected from the game is also required to sit out the next game. After being ejected, a manager or coach must vacate the premises of the current game and the next game in which he is suspended. Any manager caught continuing to coach after being ejected from a game is subject to a one game suspension at the director’s discretion. Managers are responsible for the conduct of his players and fans at all times. Managers are subject to ejection if his players or fans are out of control. To protest a game, the umpire must be informed that the game is being played under protest. Once the protest has been made, the manager must pay a $100 nonrefundable forfeit fee and get a ruling from a director immediately. Do not continue the game under any circumstances. Once the next pitch is thrown, both teams have lost the right to protest. **6-4-3 Sports reserves the right to change locations of games.
