TOWN OF KINDERSLEY BYLAW NO. 04-17 OFFICIAL COMMUNITY PLAN AMENDMENT
A Bylaw to amend Bylaw No. 03-14, known as the Official Community Plan of the Town of Kindersley. The Council of the Town of Kindersley, in the Province of Saskatchewan, enacts to amend Bylaw 03-14 as follows:
1.
Section 5 – Map 1 – Future Land Use Concept is amended by re-designating from Core Commercial to Residential, all of the lands shown within the hatched area on Schedule “A”.
2.
This Bylaw shall come into force on the date of final approval by the Minister of Government Relations. Read a First Time this 13th day of February, 2017. Read a Second Time this 13th day of March, 2017. Read a Third Time this 13th day of March, 2017.
