The proposed development received planning consent for A1 (retail), B1 (light industrial) and B8 (storage / trade counter) and is due for completion in Q2 2018. Pre-lets have been agreed with Greggs PLC and Screwfix. Unit 6, the last remaining unit, will total approximately 1,350 sqft and will have a large glass showroom style customer entrance to the front elevation. A range of uses will be considered.
