The area along the Willamette River just west of what is now the City of Keizer has long been considered a significant and strategic location. The area was one of the first surveyed land claims in Oregon, and is now a unique and beautiful environment in a quickly urbanizing region. In keeping with national trends and local desires, the potential for a breathtaking park is now being discovered and pursued.

Watch out for Poison Oak! In order to maintain a family-friendly environment, please refrain from consumption of alcoholic beverages and use of firearms/weapons. Pets should remain on leash except in designated areas (dog park). Remember, children play here… To ensure a healthy environment for everyone, please pick up after your pets! “Dog Pot” stations are located at the main parking lot for your convenience. Please help us maintain the beauty of the park by cleaning up after yourself (no littering). Please respect neighboring properties and obey all No Trespassing signs.
