TRAVEL INFORMATION If you are flying into Indianapolis, please make your reservations directly with the airline or though an online travel service. Reimbursement will be made when appropriate. Guidelines for reimbursement is as follows:
Board of Directors will be covered for four nights (if needed) Delegates-At-Large, Committee Chairs and Vice Chairs will be covered for three nights District Presidents, District Vice Presidents, and District Executive Directors will be covered for three nights Past Presidents and committee/sub-committee members having a working meeting will be reimbursed for two nights Officials will be covered for one night by the section and the second night will be covered by the appropriate district

TRANSPORTATION & SHUTTLE SERVICE If you are flying, please make your own reservations as soon as possible directly with the airline or through an on-line travel service such as Expedia.com.
