• Head north into Michigan, stopping at Frederik Meijer Gardens & Sculpture Park. • Continue on to Traverse City, home for the next two (2) nights. • Enjoy a welcome dinner.
Day 3: Monday, Sept. 25 (B, D)
• Spend the morning at Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore and in the village of Glen Haven.

Lake Michigan’s Sunny Shores • Choose between lunch, shopping, and exploring on your own in downtown Traverse City or The Village at Grand Traverse Commons. • Spend the evening on the Old Mission Peninsula, visiting Mission Point Lighthouse, a vineyard, and a local restaurant for a group dinner.
Day 4: Tuesday, Sept. 26 (B)
• Travel to Mackinaw City. • Grab a bite to eat on your own before boarding the ferry to Mackinac Island for the next two (2) nights. • The evening is free to enjoy.
Day 5: Wednesday, Sept. 27 (B, L)
• Hop on a horse-drawn carriage for a tour of the island. • Enjoy the Grand Hotel Luncheon. • Take the afternoon and evening to explore the island on your own.
Day 6: Thursday, Sept. 28 (B)
• Begin the trek home, with an overnight stay in Indiana.
Day 7: Friday, Sept. 29 (B)
• Continue the rest of the way home to your departure city. • Welcome home!
