Subcut (2) 7½" x 63" rectangles and (2) 7½" x 70" rectangles. Reserve remaining fabric. Row Sashing • From reserved fabric, fussy cut (3) narrow red sections 1¾" x 40½" rectangles. Refer to quilt image to ensure that the proper section of the stripe is cut.

2. Side Borders: Center and sew one 1¾" x 56" Fabric I (white dots print) rectangle to one 7½" x 70" Fabric C (large stripe) rectangle for one Side Border. Make a total of two Side Borders. 3. Top/Bottom Borders: Center and sew one 1¾" x 49" Fabric I (white dots print) rectangle to one 7½" x 63" Fabric C (large stripe) rectangle for Top/Bottom Border. Make a total of two Top/Bottom Borders. 4. Center and sew a Side Border to each long side of the Quilt Center, beginning and ending a generous ¼" from the edge of the Quilt Center. Center and sew a Top/Bottom Border to each short side of the Quilt Center, beginning and ending a generous ¼" from the edge of the quilt top. Close Outer Border corners with 45° mitered seams. Trim Outer Border corner seams to ½" and press open. Quilt Top should measure 57" x 63¾".

2. Block B Rows: Referring to Diagram 10 and noting orientation of the blocks, sew (4) Block B together for one Block B Row. Make a total of two Block B rows. Diagram 10
3. Sashing Rows: Referring to Diagram 11, sew one 1¾" x 40½" Fabric C (narrow red section of large stripe) rectangle between two 1" x 40½" Fabric I (white dots print) rectangles for one Sashing Row. Sashing Row should measure 2¾" x 40½". Make a total of (3) Sashing Rows.
Finishing 1. Prepare backing fabric to measure approximately 63" x 80". Press seam open. 2. Lay out the quilt top right side up on the top of the batting and wrong side of the backing fabric. 3. Baste the layers together and quilt as desired. Trim backing and batting even with the quilt top. 4. Sew the eight 2½" x WOF Fabric F (red diagonal stripe) strips together (end to end) using 45° seams to make a continuous strip. Fold strip in half lengthwise (with wrong sides together) and press. Bind as desired.
