Trinity Episcopal Parish’s Holiday Bazaar/Fundraiser Vendor Information Letter Thank you for your interest in Trinity’s bazaar/fundraiser to support local nonprofit organizations. This Bazaar/Fundraiser will be advertised in local newspapers as well as on websites that feature local events. Each vendor space will rent for $30, and tables will rent for $10 each. The bazaar/fundraiser will be held on Saturday, November 12, 2011 from 9:00am to 3:00 pm, and all proceeds will be used to support local nonprofit organizations. Vendors will pay the fees for space and table rentals, and will keep all of their proceeds. Please complete the “Vendor Registration Form” and the “Vendor Release Form,” and then deliver both forms along with your check made out to “Trinity Episcopal Parish” (please write “Bazaar” on the memo line) to the Trinity Episcopal Parish Office. Please mark your envelope “Attention: Dawn Alexander.” Your registration form, release form, and payment (all three) are due to the Trinity Office by Wednesday, October 12, 2011, and will be subjected to a $10 late fee if received after Wednesday, October 12th. You may set-up on Friday, November 11th from 5:00 pm-7:00 pm and/or Saturday, November 12th from 7:00 am-9:00 am. Doors will open promptly at 9:00 am on the 12th. Vendors may park in the Trinity parking lot to unload and set-up, but will be asked to move their vehicles to a side street by 9:00 am on Saturday to allow maximum room for shopper parking.
