Special Event Conditions Dogs – strictly no dogs allowed-penalty of elimination if ignored. Bank Account for Internet Banking 02 0404 0095018 00, use competitor name for reference. Cheques payable to Springbush Hunua Horse Trial. Late payments – may incur the Late Fee if money is not in the bank account two working days after entries close. Unpaid entries will NOT be put in the draw. Refunds – 80% of the entry fee & all yarding up to 8am Thursday 11th February. Timetable – Dressage & Show Jumping on Saturday, XC on Sunday (BN order classes 4,5,6,2,3,1,7,8,9,10). Classes 1, 2, 3 must be registered with ESNZ & FEI, prior to entries being accepted. #Class 3: CIC1* Young Horse: Horses to meet FEI Young Horse age criteria (FEI rules for eventing 503.3). All riders must have current ESNZ registration. Classes 4-6: can pay an ESNZ equine casual membership of $5– and an eventing flexi start of $15-. Classes 7-10: Can pay an ESNZ equine casual membership of $5-. #Class 5 & 9: Amateur & Grass Roots: Riders to meet ESNZ Amateur or Grass Roots series conditions. #Class 6 & 10: Junior & Young Rider: Riders to meet ESNZ Junior or Young Rider series conditions. #Class 8: CNC95 YEH (Young Event Horse): Restricted to horses aged 4 & 5 yrs as at 1 August 2015. Prizes – Prizegiving for classes 1-6 will commence after completion of the CIC2*. Prizegiving details for classes 7-10 will be posted on scoreboard. All prize winners classes 1-6 to be dressed in SJ attire & rug winners to be mounted or horse in hand. Yarding: Due to limited yards, onsite yarding will be allocated to higher level classes on a first PAID basis. Excess yarding and Riders with only training horses will be yarded at Clevedon Show Grounds (12km from venue). Limited paddocks are available on site to riders with more than 4 horses, please state in yarding notes on entry if you would like a paddock. General Event Conditions & Information Run under FEI & ESNZ eventing rules. The organizing committee reserve the right to alter and combine classes and prize money as required and substitute prizes and to refuse any entries without explanation. Back number holders are required (available at most local horse shops) No unofficial motorbikes or vehicles to be on the cross country course at any time. Entry status, the draw/yarding and the ‘live’ results are available to view on www.equestrianentries.co.nz If a class is full or if you are a late entry, you may be wait listed until a scratching occurs. The secretary will indicate after entries close whether a start is guaranteed or not. Please ensure yards are cleaned out after use. Camping on grounds permitted, we do not charge for camping but request you take your rubbish home and leave the grounds as you found them. Offers of assistance please email
