Special Event Conditions • Dogs – strictly no dogs allowed-penalty of elimination if ignored. • Bank Account for Internet Banking 02 0404 0095018 00, use competitor name for reference. • Late payments – may incur the Late Fee of $30– if money is not in the bank account two working days after entries close. Unpaid entries will NOT be put in the draw. • Refunds – 80% of the entry fee & all yarding up to 8am Thursday 8th February. • Timetable – Dressage & Show Jumping on Saturday, XC on Sunday. • All riders must have current ESNZ membership. • All horses in classes 1-3 are required to have either FEI passports or Official ESNZ Identification papers -FEI Article 137. • Classes 1, 2 & 3 must be registered with ESNZ & FEI, prior to entries being accepted. • Classes 1, 2 & 3 must meet qualifying criteria for FEI competition. • Classes 4-6: Can pay an ESNZ equine casual registration of $5– and an eventing flexi start of $15-. • Classes 7-10: Can pay an ESNZ equine casual registration of $5-. • #Class 3, 6 & 10: Junior & Young Rider: Riders to meet ESNZ Junior or Young Rider series conditions. • #Class 5 & 9: Amateur & Grass Roots: Riders to meet ESNZ Amateur or Grass Roots series conditions. • #Class 8: CNC95 YEH (Young Event Horse): Restricted to horses aged 4 & 5 yrs as at 1 August 2017. • Yarding: Onsite yarding will be allocated with preference to FEI competitors on a first PAID basis . Excess yarding and Riders with only training horses may be yarded at Clevedon Show Grounds (12km from venue). Limited paddocks are available on site to riders with more than 4 horses, please state in yarding notes on entry if you would like a paddock. General Event Conditions & Information • Run under FEI & ESNZ eventing rules. • The organizing committee reserve the right to alter and combine classes and prize money as required and substitute prizes and to refuse any entries without explanation—Article 611 • Back number holders are required (available at most local horse shops) • No unofficial motorbikes or vehicles to be on the cross country course at any time. • Entry status, the draw/yarding and the ‘live’ results are available to view on www.equestrianentries.co.nz • If a class is full or if you are a late entry, you may be wait listed until a scratching occurs. The secretary will indicate after entries close whether a start is guaranteed or not. • Please ensure yards are cleaned out after use.
