Travel Tryout and Evaluation Registration Step-by-Step Player Registration via Blue Sombrero a. Go to www.indypremiersc.org and click Log in/Register in upper right corner of page Click “Register” to create a family account if new to Indy Premier Click “Log In” if a returning RPA/Travel family account b. Once family account is registered, add participants to create your son/daughter account and then click the green button for “Available Programs” c. Locate the program title “Indy Premier 2016-17 Travel Evaluations (U8-U10)” or “Indy Premier 2016-17 Travel Tryouts (U11-U19)” that has $0 cost next to it. Click through all screens to register officially. Be sure to put school name and grade when prompted. Player Acceptance of Team Offer Within 24 hours of tryouts all players will have received an official team offer via Blue Sombrero. To accept your spot log in to account and click the “Accept/Decline” button next to the relevant participant. You have the option to pay in full or to choose one of our payment plans; this will require a deposit to lock in your team spot. After Player Acceptance of Team Offer 1. Documentation a. Each Player will need a headshot, copy of birth certificate, and copy of medical release before being officially assigned to a roster. Returning players will ONLY need to submit an updated medical release form to manager. b. New Player needs to submit all 3 documents to Registrar via email: [email protected] 2. Uniform Order a. After registering, players will be assigned a number and sent an email from soccer.com for their travel kit. If you don’t receive an email by June 20th, please contact the Registrar, [email protected] b. Players with most seniority in the club will retain #s in age groups and new #s will be assigned to those new to the club or an age group. * We are at the start of our 2 year uniform cycle and would like all players to purchase a Nike bag moving forward if not already owned.* 3. Team Information a. Once Registered the team manager will get in touch to receive all contact info (emails/phone numbers) and ensure you receive communication for training/games b. You will also need to ensure you have all phone numbers desired assigned to the RainedOut messaging system for quick notice of game or weather changes
