TWIN CITY SOCCER GUIDE Looking for a way to offset a portion of your player’s program fees? Look no further! Selling ads to family members, friends and local businesses can save you money! 

The Twin City Soccer Guide is distributed to all Twins families at the beginning of the season (August) at all Twin City Tournament Series events and other promotional opportunities throughout the year.



Families have the opportunity to sell ads for soccer guide. TCYSA will retain 40% of all ad sales to cover the administrative cost of the program. All remaining funds may be used to offset a portion of the player’s TCYSA program fees to the max allowed (see chart).



This year’s redesigned, all color soccer guide will include a limited amount of premium ad space ( back, center, inside front, inside back, etc.). 2016-17 Premium Ads have the first option to retain space, but must be committed before the June 15 deadline with notification made to the Ad Sales Coordinator.



DEADLINES: April 1, 2017: Parents may begin soliciting family, friends and businesses for ads, once payment is received, the electronic ad and paperwork may be submitted to the Ad Sales Coordinator (see First Right Policy below) June 15, 2017: “First Right” deadline July 15, 2017: ALL ads and payments are due NOTE: Any payments sent after the deadline will NOT be accepted, nor will the ad be placed in the program. If an advertiser cannot make a payment before the deadline, the seller must pay for the ad, and will be reimbursed by TCYSA once full payment is received from the advertiser.



First Right Policy- Families who sold ads the previous year have “first right” to sell ads to their previous customer to lock in ad space. Businesses/individuals listed on the 2016-17 Ad Sales list (posted on the Twins Ad Sales page of the website) may not be contacted by others before June 15. Any violation of this policy will result in ad credit being given to 2016-17 seller. o Premium ad space (back, center, inside front and inside back) is reserved by the prior year’s advertiser, not the family who sold the ad. th o Once “first right” ads are released on June 15 , ad placement is sold on a “first come, first served” basis based on contact with the Ad Sales Coordinator. o Any disputes will be resolved by the advertiser.



Sales will be updated daily on the Ad Sales website starting 5/15/17.



Payments for ads must include the ad sales receipt. The purchaser is to complete section A, the seller is to complete section B. For families with more than one player in TCYSA, parents must include the amount/percentage for each child. If not included, TCYSA will apply as it sees fit.



ADS: All ads must be submitted electronically in the proper format (see Artwork Specifications) to [email protected] by July 15, 2017. There is a fee associated with any changes to artwork, which will be deducted from allocated reimbursements.



Ad sales will be credited to the player’s account, subject to the per player limits (see chart) before August 1, 2017.



Ad sales are non-refundable for any reason and families will not receive cash for any amount above the maximum credit. Any sales in excess of the total maximum allowed will be applied to TCYSA’s Financial Assistance program, or the family has the option of re-allocating the funds to another player in the club (must complete reallocation form).

NOTE: Credits will be applied by August 1, 2017. Parents will be expected to pay any TCYSA fees due prior to the date credits are applied. No credits will be applied to TCYSA fees unless the acceptance fee has been paid.

BUSINESS ADVERTISING INFORMATION For the 2017-2018, soccer season, the Twin City Youth Soccer Association membership will be over 3,000 players in the club. In addition, the club will host numerous events throughout the year that will draw as many as 250,000 visitors to BB&T Sports Park and generate several million dollars in revenue for area businesses. Copies of the Twin City Soccer Guide will be given to all Twins players and families in addition to the teams that attend our events. Money raised through the Twin City Soccer Guide will defray the cost of running a nonprofit youth soccer association, and a portion of each advertisement will credited toward the participation fees for the family that sells the ad. We appreciate your support of Twin City Soccer by purchasing an ad in our program book . The program dimensions are 8.5” wide and 11” high, with ad choices as follows:

FAN CLUB ADVERTISING INFORMATION

Friends and family can cheer on their favorite Twins player with a personalized ad in the Twins Soccer Guide AND assist them with their program fees.

A Fan Club ad will include a photo and personal message in any of the sizes listed be low. The photo must be Hi-res (300+ dpi) JPG or TIFF at actual size.
