You are invited to participate in the annual Union University Golf fundraiser four player scramble on Monday, September 21 at the beautiful Jackson Country Club. Our goal this year is for everyone to have a terrific time as we generate funds for Union’s golf team. The cost is $500 per team. Online sponsorships/registration payments by credit/debit card can be made at www.uuathletics.com/scramble2015

Cost for a four player team is $500. There will be prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places, longest drive, closest to the pin and holes-in-one. The day will conclude with a lunch at the club.
Space is limited to 120 players and is expected to fill quickly. Please reserve your spot by promptly returning this form with your entry fee payable to Union University Golf in the enclosed envelope.
