UNITED NATIONS FUND FOR POPULATION ACTI^^I,E£^ Proi i-ct Recommendations by the Executive Director . ' _ .-1/ 1 Under the decision of the sixteenth session of the Governing Council the Executive Director of UNFPA will submit to the Governing Council for approval the following types of projects: (a)
Comprehensive country agreements;
(b)
Projects and programmes in the amounts of $1 million or more;
U) > P rojects which because of their innovative aspects or policy implications deserve the Council's consideration and approval. 2. The Executive Director of UNFPA is submitting for the consideration and approval by the Governing Council the following projects: (a)
Comprehensive conntry agreement:
Republic of Korea (DP/25/Add.l);
(b) Projects of $1 million 01 more: Maternal^and Child Health Programme in Colombia (DP/25/Add. 2); Population Census (DP/25/Add. 5); Latin American Demographic Centre (DP/25/Add. 4), and Consolidation of the National Family Planning and Sex Education Programme .1 Costa Rica (DP/25/Add. 6); (c) Projects with innovative aspects or policy implications: Demographic Training and Research Centre in Romania (DP/25/Add. 5).
