On-site registrations for Fall Soccer will be held at: Redbank Valley Community Center ---------------------------------- Sun April 22, 1-3 pm Dayton Color Run, Dayton Fair Grounds --------------------- Sat April 28, 8 am – finish Dayton Elementary School ---------------------------------- Tue May 15, 5:30 – 7:30 pm United Valley Soccer Field (Pottery Field, Hawthorn) ------------- Sun May 20, 1-3 pm *Players registering at an on-site location will receive a $10.00 discount* Visit the NEW league website www.unitedvalleysoccer.org for additional information and printable registration forms. Save time and bring completed forms and a copy of your child's birth certificate (required for new players only) to any on-site location. Cost is $40.00 per child & includes jersey, shorts, and socks. Uniform sizing samples will be available at on-site locations.
Children ages 4-12 are eligible to play.
Players MUST be age 4 on or before 12/31/18. (This is a change from previous years.)
Applications will be accepted by mail until June 15, 2018. Games will be played on Saturdays from late August through October. All games are played at Pottery Field in Hawthorn. Visit us at www.unitedvalleysoccer.org & follow us on Facebook.
