UPDATING PAYMENT INFORMATION If you receive new credit cards from your bank during a period of automatic payments, it is necessary to update your card information on the FC York website to ensure future payments are processed correctly. The steps below will walk you through completing this task.
STEP 1: Logon to the FC York website with your username and password. Click the

Enter your username and password and then click “Sign In”
UPDATING PAYMENT INFORMATION STEP 2: Update payment information for any open balance When you logon, you will be immediately taken to your MyAccount portal. On the right side of the screen, towards the bottom you will see a Open Balance section with upcoming payment dates.
The
icon idicates more options are available. Clinking on this icon will reveal the following options:
Select “Edit Credit Card Info”
UPDATING PAYMENT INFORMATION STEP 3: Choose installments and enter Credit Card information You will first need to confirm which future installments you want to update with the new card information. Typically, you will check all future installments
Finally, enter your new credit card information and Click “Submit”
