1. The largest mound is your target. Andora Wash is on the left. DON’T GO LEFT OFF THE TEE. 2. Play slightly right of the left fairway bunker. Your approach shot plays about a club less. DON’T GO OVER THE GREEN. 3. Scary & Narrow! The farther the ball is hit, the wider the fairway becomes. 4. A 190-yard shot from the blue tee to the corner of this 90º dogleg-right will leave you in good shape for your approach. Play one to two clubs more to this elevated green. 5. Don’t let the breathtaking view lull you. Favor the left side; anything right of the bunkers is gone for good. 6. The shortest par 5 on the golf course. Keep it in the center and you should be able to reach the green in two. Look behind you and you’ll see, from left to right, Camelback Mountain, Mummy Mountain, Piestewa Peak and Lookout Mountain. 7. A picture hole. Play one to two clubs less than normal for this downhill par 3. 8. Short but sweet. Normally, an accurate iron shot off this tee. Watch out for the well-positioned bunkers on this hole. 9. From this height, one to two clubs less than normal. Just hit it out and let it drop. The drop area, for balls lost in the wash, is in front of the green. 10. Aim straight down the middle of the fairway with a slight draw. Beware of the two trees guarding the right and left sides of the fairway just past the 150-yard marker. 11. A short par 3, however, watch out for Andora Wash, which runs in front of this large three-tiered green. 12. The red roofed house off in the distance is your target. Out-of-bounds on your left and right. Galloway Wash cuts in front of the green. 13. Stay left of the small adobe building and you will miss the 3 lakes on the right. Galloway Wash lurks on the left. DON’T GO OVER THE GREEN! 14. What you see is what you get … Out-of-bounds on the left, water on the right. 15. Position off the tee is the key on this water hole. The 3 lakes border the fairway to the right all the way to this elevated green. Out-of-bounds on your left. 16. Galloway wash right and out-of-bounds left places a premium on this tee shot. Aim left of the large tree on the right side, but not necessarily with driver — 225-yard drives can go through fairway and out of bounds. 17. Beware of the wind and long sloping green. 18. Mesquite tree, mid-fairway, is the target. Andora Wash runs in front of the green. Be careful for 2 small lakes — one is to the right of the green and the other wraps around behind the green.
