Description Vanilla cupcakes are a regional delicacy from Bordeaux and an ideal dessert for all persons with a sweet tooth!

Ingredients -

1 measure spoon of Energy Diet vanilla 200 ml (6 ½ oz ; 4/5 cup) semi-skimmed milk 1 egg 1 egg yolk 50 g (1 ½ oz, 1/5 cup) sugar 15 ml (½ fl oz, 1/16 cup) rum 40g (1 ½ oz, 1/6 cup) flour

Preparation secret Preheat oven to 180°C or 360 degrees F for 10 minutes. Mix vanilla powder with 200 ml (6 ½ fl oz ; 4/5 cup) milk by using a shaker. Pour the mixture in a big bowl and add the remaining ingredients gradually. Spoon dough evenly among the little cake pans. Bake for about 15 minutes. Enjoy your dessert!
