Vendor Data Feed: REIN Sponsorship Form Guide The first step to becoming an Approved Vendor with an IDX, VOW or Analytics data feed is the REIN Sponsorship Form. This two-page form must be filled out by both a REIN member and the vendor. (Note: if a Broker member is acting as their own vendor, the Broker member's technical staff should fill in the vendor portion of the form.) A sponsorship form must be filled out for each proposed IDX, VOW or Analytic product and submitted to REIN's Technical Support via email ([email protected]) or fax (757-531-7911). If the submitted form is missing information or the form is not filled out in detail for REIN to understand the purpose of the product, it will not be accepted. Please see the information below to guide you in completing the form accurately.

Guidelines for the First Page (to be filled out by the REIN member)

*Please see a diagram of the first page of the Sponsorship form below.

Next to "Product Name" please include the specific name of the vendor's product. Some examples are GoldIDX, BrokerIDX and AgentIDX. The name of the vendor will not be accepted. If the vendor does not have a specific product name, then please include a name such as Agent IDX Website, Broker IDX Website, Mobile IDX, Analytic Software, or VOW Data Feed.

As a REIN member, please include a description of what you think is the purpose of the product. See examples below per data feed type.
