Here's how to earn more: There are three great ways to increase your earnings for AARP Medicare Supplement Insurance Plan* F and N sales in Michigan with effective dates of January 1, 2016: • Receive an extra $60 for each enrollment application you submit between December 1 and December 31, 2015, using SmartEnroll - the online agent application tool for AARP Medicare Supplement Insurance Plans • Receive an extra $30 for each enrollment application you submit between December 1 and December 31, 2015, by mail or fax • Receive an extra $20 for each enrollment application submitted prior to December 1, 2015, for January 1, 2016, effective dates December is your month to shine! Here's more great news! Agents who use SmartEnroll to submit enrollment applications during the month of December will also receive a one-time $100 eStore credit! Program guidelines: The application incentive program is for contracted, licensed and appointed agents who are certified and authorized to offer AARP Medicare Supplement Insurance Plans in Michigan. • The application incentive program is for active EDC, ICA, IMO and NMA agents. eAlliance, ISR, solicitor and telesales agents are not eligible for the program. • The application incentive is payable to the selling agent. Upline payments do not apply. • This program applies to commission-eligible AARP Medicare Supplement Insurance Plans F and N in Michigan that are active and commissioned as of the measurement date. • Incentive payments will be made in accordance with state rules.
• Enrollment applications must result in issued and active AARP Medicare Supplement Insurance Plans sales with effective dates of January 1, 2016. • Enrollment applications must be received by December 31, 2015, to qualify for the application incentive program. • Enrollment applications for current AARP Medicare Supplement Insurance Plan members switching from one plan to another are not eligible for this program. • The measurement date for the application incentive program is January 20, 2016. • The incentive payment is expected to be distributed in late January 2016. • Incentive payment will appear on the adjustments tab of the agent's commission statement as "AARP Medicare Supplement Incentive for Member [#XX] Effective January 2016." • Incentive payment is not part of the standard commission payment schedule. • Participation in the application incentive program does not affect standard commission payments. • There is no limit on the number of qualifying enrollment applications you can submit for the application incentive program. • Final decisions regarding eligibility for the incentive, as well as qualifying sales, will be made at the sole discretion of the Company. All decisions are final.
