March 2, 2017 Practice Protocol for 2017 Season The following shall be the practice protocol for the 2017 season. 1. Visit the Team Central section of the WLL website. Here you can verify open practice time slots. You will find individual calendars for: a. Little League Field b. Duls Field c. Centennial Field d. High School e. Gavlak Gym
f. 2. Practice Time Slots for each field shall be: a. Little League Field i. 5:45-7:00 ii. 7:00-8:15 iii. 8:15-9:30 b. Duls Field i. 6:00-8:00 ii. 8:00-10:00 c. 3. Send a practice request email to: [email protected] a. Subject line should be: TEAM NAME – PRACTICE DATE
4. You will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive a response within two days, send another request
5. When you receive practice confirmation, go to your Team Page in the Team Central section, Team Directory of the WLL website to enter your practice in your team calendar. This will send a notification to all the parents via email and on the TSHQ app on their mobile phones. Go to Team Directory in the Team Central section of the website.
