Carter Bailey joined Retail Solutions in 2011 as an Associate on the Retail Leasing Team. His responsibilities include project leasing, tenant representation and investment sales in the greater Austin area, with a specialization in Single Tenant Asset Sales across the entire state. Prior to joining Retail Solutions, Carter was a Partner with Lake Forest Capital, where he focused on net lease investments for clients throughout the country. Additionally, he worked with Big Horn Development in Dallas-Fort Worth assisting with subdivision and land development. Carter represents tenants like Ace Hardware, Yogurtland and Play N Trade. On the landlord side of transactions, among other assignments, he works closely with HEB and partners on the pre-leasing of Arbor Town Square – a very high profile 40,000 SF retail center in front of the Costco in the Austin Arboretum submarket. In 2012, he sold a Dollar General STNL in Nederland, Texas and a 25,000 SF mixed-use building on South Congress Avenue. Carter graduated from St. Edwards University with a B.A. in Business Management and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

Ryan Hoff is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker, and has been active in commercial real estate throughout Texas for almost a decade. Prior to joining Retail Solutions, Ryan worked for national investment sales firm, Marcus & Millichap (M&M), in a number of capacities. In 2005, he joined their National Retail Group where he began selling single and multi-tenant retail assets across the state of Texas. He specialized in the disposition of investment properties from $1-20 Million, ranging from STNL sale-leasebacks to national credit-tenant leased shopping centers. He also joined their National Self Storage Group in 2009, and in 2010 he joined Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC). While with MMCC, Ryan identified debt and equity placement opportunities from $1-100 Million across the country. Before joining M&M, Ryan sold and leased commercial properties in Austin for Henry S. Miller Commercial. Ryan is a proud graduate of The University of Texas at Austin, where he received his BBA in Finance from The McCombs School of Business. He is also a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the Texas Association of Realtors (TAR), and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
