What we do is simple. As one of the East Coast’s premier real estate investment, ownership, development, operations and management organizations, we own a diversified portfolio of commercial and residential properties. Fautz Associates is headquartered in Hollywood, Florida with satellite offices in NYC and Boston. We own and manage approximately 150 single family homes and apartments along with nearly 1,000,000 square feet of industrial and commercial properties in and around Florida.
