Pets: Small pets (under 40 lbs.) are very welcome as long as they are on a 6 ft. leash (no fencing of any kind allowed), you pick up after them, and they don’t bother your neighbors. Large dogs or aggressive dog breeds are not permitted. There is a 2 pet limit per site. Parents, please make sure that your children have a great time in a safe and responsible manner. Please note, children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult in pool area. Sewer Connections: Please use a “donut” to connect to the sewer. Golf Carts and Other Motorized Vehicles: All drivers must possess a valid driver’s license. Owners of golf carts must carry misc. vehicle endorsement on your insurance policy.
