BACKGROUND   IBM  Marke7ng  Cloud’s  2016  Email  Marke7ng  Metrics  Benchmark  Report  can  help   compare  the  performance  of  WelcomePack’s  email  marke7ng  metrics  executed   on  behalf  of  the  par7cipa7ng  brands.       In  this  deck  we  have  compared  the  key  metrics  of  ‘Unique  Open  Rates’  and   ‘Unique  Click  Through  Rates’.     It  is  important  to  note  that  since  WelcomePack  sends  emails  on  behalf  of  several   brands  across  as  many  categories,  the  email  marke7ng  results  reflect  a  number  of   factors  across  categories,  some  of  which  include:  relevancy  of  category,   aTrac7veness  of  offer,  7ming  and  crea7ve/messaging  appeal,  among  others.       For  the  purpose  of  client  confiden7ality,  the  name  and  subject  of  the  emails  have   been  blanked  out.
